Our final week looking at Kung Fu Panda, and we reach the end of the film. Big surprise... the goodie wins, the baddie is defeated and peace reigns. We expect it in films - it just feels right, like how the universe is meant to work. And the Bible tells us this is true for the story of our lives too. A happy ending! But God, the author of the story of our lives, doesn't seem to write the plot lines the way we would expect. He, metaphorically speaking, has fat pandas defeat powerful and evil Snow Leopards. What are we missing because we think God should do things a certain way, when he's doing it differently? How does he want to use us, but we've dismissed it just because it doesn't seem a good idea to us?
